Immerse yourself in a mind and body experience on the San Juan River in southeastern Utah! Enjoy a spectacular four-day float on class II-III rapids along the remote fifty-six mile stretch between Mexican Hat, Utah and Clay Hills. Travel through deep and colorful canyons, visit historic ruins and enjoy the flora and fauna of this legendary canyon. Hike the canyons, learn about the geology, view the rock art, and explore the connection between mind and body in the wilderness of the San Juan River. Enjoy delicious healthy meals.

“Appreciate the serenity of Nature around you and explore and cultivate the serenity within. Through a combined practice of meditation, breathing techniques, restorative and flow yoga, we will stimulate the connection between mind and body. The idea is that as the mind taps into the experience of being in the body, it brings the mind into more a present state of awareness.” – Yogi James.
