Getting There

Preparing for the Conference

March weather in Monticello varies widely. We suggest coming prepared for any, and all, types of weather. Dress in layers, wear sturdy footwear, and expect that you will be spending a portion of most conference sessions outdoors. Hats, sunglasses, and cameras are also recommended.

In an effort to lower our carbon footprint, we ask that you bring with you to the conference a travel mug for hot drinks and a water bottle to refill each day. We also suggest a bag for carrying all the handouts and goodies you receive from conference sessions.

Others Attending Conference

This conference is designed for adults. If you must have your children with you, they must be registered at half the adult fee (to cover meals). Children MUST be under the supervision of a parent at all times, and should not be turned over to a session presenter for babysitting. Children who are disruptive will be asked to leave with their parent. Additional adult family members attending must also be registered at the full price of registration.
