Registrations & Cancellations

One chaperone/study leader may accompany the group at no charge if their are 8-15 participants as a minimum. Their room and board and other trip costs will be built into the trip fee. Travel for this person to and from the trip start location is at your expense.

A second chaperone/study leader may accompany the group at no charge if their are 16-25 participants as a minimum.

Additional chaperones/study leaders may accompany the group at 75% of the participant fee.

Southwest Ed-Ventures will bill you by for the number of participants attending the program 60 days before it starts. If you add participants after this time, you will be billed the additional charges per person. If you cancel participants after 60 days, refunds will be made according to the refund and cancellation policy published in our annual catalog. If we budget the trip at a certain minimum number, and that minimum number does not enroll, you will be billed for the minimum amount or you may cancel the trip. All participants and chaperones/study leaders must complete and sign medical and liability release forms provided by Southwest Ed-Ventures unaltered.
