All programs include instruction on minimum impact practices, safety, and the natural history of the area. Lessons are given throughout the day. Evening programs around the campfire are included, too.
Because these trips take time and money to set up, confirmation of an exact itinerary and price cannot be confirmed until after you have signed the program agreement letter. Please discuss this with staff when you call. One briefing packet per participant, specific to your program choice, will be sent upon confirmed registration. It will include an equipment list, itinerary, readings, travel information, program goals and contributions, and other pertinent information.
