Cancellation Policy

Trip Essentials

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but may be transferred to another program for up to one year from the original program's start date. If you determine cancellation is necessary, upon receipt of written notice:

  • 60 days prior to program date, you will receive a full refund less your $100 deposit.
  • 45-59 days prior, you will receive a 70% refund, less deposit.
  • 30-44 days prior, you will receive a 50% refund, less deposit.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start of your program for any reason, your entire fee will be retained.

If Four Corners School cancels a program due to weather or insufficient enrollment, a full refund, including deposit, will be made. Four Corners School encourages you to obtain travel insurance to cover your non-refundable air and land costs and to protect your deposits or full payments. Failure to do so will result in a total loss of trip expenditures paid. A travel insurance application will be included with your trip materials.
